This weeks guest is Rick Sousa who joins us from Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic. Rick has been working aboard various cruise ships since 2004 and has recently taken on the role of Brand Ambassador Remy Cointreau Dominican Republic and Global Cruise Ships.

Advanced Mixologist graduated from EBS European Bartender School Bartender by IBA New York International Bartender Association Barista by Illy in Genoa and Barista Hustle Italy Sommelier LV2 by WSET in Napa Valley California WSET LV 2 Spirits ( Ongoing) Chef by Errand du Paris in Paris Master Distiller by Inov Bev Master Brewer by Science of beer
Furthermore, Rick speaks 8 languages and enjoys competing in various cocktail competitions. Rick has placed in the top 5 best bartenders in Brazil World Class 2020 and 2021. Rick is also the winner of the best margarita in Brazil and the 8 best in the world 2020/21/23 by Cointreau. This is in addition to having been a semifinalist numerous times Liqueur 43, Campari Competition, Flor de Caña Rum.
