This weeks guest Is Oliver Leung - the Canadian Brand Ambassador for Luksusowa (Look-su-so-va) Vodka & Wyborowa (Vee-bo-ro-va) Vodka. Oliver was born in Hong Kong, and moved to Mississauga/ GTA area when he was 13. Oliver graduated from the Hospitality & Tourism Program from the University of Guelph, and that’s where he began his career in hospitality.
Oliver’s first job in the industry was as a Bar back/ Server at a convention center in Burlington during the summer while he was in school. At first, Oliver wanted to get into bartending purely because he saw how much money bartenders can make. But as he was learning how to bartend, Oliver started to fall in love with the bartending craft and started going down the rabbit hole with cocktails & spirits. Over the years, Oliver became a WSET level 3 holder and has bartended across many different bars in Toronto such as industry well-known Project Gigglewater, Suite 114 cocktail bar, Four Season Hotel Toronto, Hotel X Toronto and other hotels & restaurants. Eventually, Oliver became a Brand Ambassador for PMA, representing Luksusowa & Wyborowa Vodka, continuing the journey of Cocktails & Spirits
