Today’s episode we talk with Natalie Herzing. Natalie has worked at a number of places since her start at Charcoal Steakhouse as a hostess. She has spent time working in French fine dining, and some notable past and present local establishments such as Lucy's Seafood, Ennios, Boa Nova, Nith River Chophouse, Firkin at the Tannery, Imbibe plus a few others.
