This weeks guest is Alfonso Esquivias who joins the show from Long Beach, California. Alfonso starting working in the restaurant industry back in 2011 when he landed a job at a small Mexican restaurant named Taco Surf in Seal Beach, California. In 2018, Alfonso moved on to Mama’s Comfort Food and Cocktails. In 2021, Alfonso began getting into craft cocktails at home and started buying books and bottles which led to a never ending hobby. Then, in July 2021 Alfonso launched his mobile bar business, Drinks With Fonz LLC and that endeavour has proved to be successful. Afonso is still working at Mama’s while running Drinks With Fonz and other projects in the industry.
